Thank you for choosing So Bee It Honey. We take great pride in producing high-quality honey products, all of which are carefully crafted in batches and undergo thorough quality testing. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to specific circumstances, we’re here to help.

Returns are valid under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged Package:
    If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us with photographic evidence of the damage within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Quality Issue:
    In the rare event that there is a quality issue with your honey, please reach out to us with the batch number (found on the product label) and details about the concern. This information is critical, as our honey is made in carefully tested batches to maintain premium quality standards.

Return Process:

  • Please email us at hello@sobeeit.co.uk with your order number, details of the issue, and any supporting photos (for damaged packages).
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for processing the return.

Note:

  • Returns are only valid under the conditions specified above. We do not accept returns for personal preference changes, as honey is a perishable food product.
